We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Client Support Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience in accordance with company standards and policies.

Core Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and support requests via email, phone, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to products, services, accounts, and processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs are addressed.
Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or support system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Follow up with clients to confirm issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved.
Assist with client onboarding and provide guidance on company products, services, and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures.
Protect confidential client and company information with the highest level of discretion.
Communicate client feedback and recurring issues to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline support processes.
Perform additional client support and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support, customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to work independently and meet expectations in a remote environment.
